The like Gumbo
🐼 Ingredients list 🐼
1 small can of bbq Vienna sausages sliced and diced
1/4 cup premium minute rice
1 small can diced tomatoes and chili"s
1/2 container of bean sprouts s
7 mezzetta slices tamed jalapenos diced
8 Bellview imported sliced pepponcini diced
12 drops Cholula hot sauce original
1/4 to 1/2 tsp tiger sauce original
Organic roasted red pepper and tomato soup for the base
1 1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbs chili powder
1/2 cup deer park water
1 1/2 tsp sweet baby Ray"s original bbq
1/4 tsp of Arby"s horsey sauce
Ingredients not used due to not having them
Diced sweet, candy onion, cocktail pearl onions
Diced shiitake mushrooms
Red beans
Corn
Green beans
Carrots
Celery
2 russet potatoes
Those could have enhanced the dish

Grab a sauce pan or a small pot and place on the stove

Pour your roasted red pepper and tomato soup into you pan or pot to your desired amount based on the amount of ingredients you plan to use then add your deer park water to the broth

Open your diced tomatoes and chili"s and dump them into the broth after you drained the fluids in the sink from the can.
Than open your Vienna sausages
Drain the can and on a cutting board or plate slice the sausages links into slices than cut those slices into 4 than dump them into the broth.
Take your jalapenos and pepperoncinis tamed the pickled slices and dice them up add them to your soup.
For the bean sprouts you can either put them in whole or chop them up I left mine in tact when I added them in.
🐼🐼🐼🐼Step 3.5 extra ingredients not used 🐼🐼🐼🐼
If you decide to add the onion on a cutting board cut about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of onion of your choice if you use the cocktail pearl onions they can be added to the recipe as is since they are small.
If you decided to add the carrots and celery cut the slices thin and dice them use a little less than 1/4 cup.
If you decide to add the mushrooms sliced and diced 1/4 cup of mushroom
If corn is being added add 1/2 of a 1/4 cup of corn
For green beans you would need 1/4 cup of them with beans sliced into 4 fresh beans are the best beans
Red beans take and grab a small pot and boil some fresh red beans separate and let them cook until they are tender and soft than add them to the soup once you drained them from the water.
2 russet potatoes
Slice than diced the two small potatoes so they are the size of the diced tomatoes .

Add your chalula hot sauce, tiger sauce, sweet baby Ray"s bbq sauce, Arby"s horsey sauce, black pepper, sea salt, cumin, Oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and 1/2 tsp honey here in this step.

Take and using a big spoon mix all your ingredients with a spoon to make sure all your seasonings are mixed well. And make sure the broth covers the top of the ingredients. Than turn the stove onto a medium heat and let it start to cook.

Once the sop gets cooking
And boiling wait about 3 minutes into the soup boiling well to add your rice to the soup stir the soup every few minutes to Ensure that the rice doesn"t settle to the bottom of the soup and burn.

Ounce the rice has had it"s time to cook you can drop the heat back to simmer for a few minutes to keep the soup warm just stir it occasionally at that point

this recipe was a throw together recipe challenge my father had given me to use some left overs in the fridge and cabinets we needed to use before stuff went bad.
The recipe flavor was almost to what you would taste with a gumbo only with a sweeter taste with that bite of spice you would expect in a gumbo. The flavors really worked and this experiment was a success in my book
🐮Nikos protein grilled cheese 🐮
Ingredients
2 slices American cheese
Shredded mozzarella and provolone
Shredded jack cheddar cheese
2 slices potatoe breed
2 tsp Hellman"s mayo
Bean sprouts
Chalula hot sauce
🐮Step 1
grab your air fryer and spray the pan with Pam.
🐮🐮Step 2
Put your mayo on ones side of the two slices of potato bread.
🐮🐮🐮Step 3
Place the American cheese on the breed ontop of your mayo.
🐮🐮🐮🐮Step4
Place a small handful of shredded mozzarella and provolone onto 1 of the breed slices
🐮🐮🐮🐮🐮Step5
Add a handful of your washed bean sprouts and lay them ontop of the mozzarella and provolone.
🐮🐮🐮🐮Step 6
And your jack cheddar shredded cheese on top the bean sprouts than grab the other slice of bread with American cheese kon it and place on top the jack cheese the American cheese touching the jack.
Than spray some pam ontop the sandwhich to coat it. Than add 7 drops of chalula hot sauce to the sandwich and place sandwich in the air fryer bottom that was not spayed down on the sprayed surface. Using a spatula squish the sandwich down.
🐮🐮🐮 Step 7 cook in the air fryer at 400° for 5 to 6 minutes

pull out the sandwich from the air fryer than slice it and eat
