Coincidentally, it was just proven in the comic today that Tatsumaki DOES wear panties!

ha, I like how they're revealed in that chibi cartoon style so it doesn't look too explicit, but in the panel after when the art style returns to normal for the first time we actually DO see her pantyline, but in a place we've seen a hundred times before where there was none, like she just spontaneously manifested them once she realized she couldn't concentrate on keeping her skirt from flipping up

given what I've seen in the manga she has to be wearing the briefest thong in the world in order for there to be anything under that skirt
