His fingers were trembling as they took hold of the glowing lantern before him. His eyes were filled by the orange light it was emitting so brightly. And as his fingers took hold, a horrible and wonderful voice spoke in his mind.

"It belongs to you, Dash. You want burgers...pizzas....You want a new car..a hundred new cars! You want power...land....you want it all!"

And a horrid, twisted smile crept over his face as he now clutched the lantern to him as if it were more precious than his entire being. And now one word kept echoing over and over in his mind. One word that he yelled out with horrid glee at the top of his lungs.

"MINE!"

This is the first in a series of commissions I plan to get of myself in the various styles of the Lantern Corps. This awesome piece was done by  herisheft whom I know I wanted a commission from the very second I saw her userpage! Now....*smirks* Who wants to belong to me?
