With his base socked in with heavy fog, the base commander cancelled all flights and thus gave Todd a day off. He called up Yumi and told her he’d rush home and they’d go out on a day trip together. The couple decided to go to Whidbey Island and explore around Oak Harbor. The weather that day was super cold, but luckily Yumi had just gotten a new parka for such weather. Usually her beans don't get too cold, but she even had to wear her booties it was that cold out, too cold on her paws. As they are taking the boat over, Todd points out something in the distance he recognizes, and Yumi listens excitedly, hoping to see more stuff up close when they get over there ❤❤❤❤
(Her parka is what Katara wears in Avatar: The Last Airbender, but i couldn't find a good reference picture for the back of it but i think i remember it not having a design on the back unlike on the front lolz)
