Back rooms level "..."
At first glance, level "..." seems to be the location of a place you"re most fond of, whether it"s a library or your bedroom, it"s appearance changes for each individual. Upon closer inspection, clear differences are visible, such as an unusual smell or the coloration being off slightly, and once someone notices these differences, everything becomes transparent to the point where it"s difficult to see what the location used to be. Once this happens, you will gradually grow more and more nauseated and light headed. Depending on how long you remain conscious, you are transported to different places. 1-10 seconds sends you to level 0, 11-30 seconds sends you to a heavily forested section of level "...", 31-60 seconds sends you to level -!, 1-2 minutes sends you to a cabin near the edge of the heavily forested section of level "...", 2-3 minutes sends you to a cave located roughly two kilometers directly below the cabin mentioned earlier, 3-4 minutes sends you to level ! two thirds of the way down the hallway(strangely, the entities that chase you on level ! seem to move far slower than normal, to the point where you could stand in front of them and wait minutes on end before they move far enough that you would have to take a step back). No one as of yet has lasted longer than four minutes.
The entirety of level "..." invokes an unnervingly powerful sense of deja vu despite the fact that you know that you have never been there before on an instinctual level, and it grows into paranoia if someone stays long enough. The only weather related events comes from a singular entity that resides below the surface of the almond water ocean surrounding level "...", otherwise light cloud cover is what you will find. Heavily forested patches of land covers most of the level but deserts, plains land, and snow covered mountains fills in the rest. All flora and fauna seem to be the same as what you would find in forested areas back in reality but have something that is fundamentally wrong, this may include large animals being small(and vise versa) or plants that normally would be green will be neon yellow, things such as those. Thankfully they are still edible so it"s safe to consume what is normally safe to eat should you run out of supplies. Creatures found in mythology are also residents of this level but cannot leave through any other method beyond requesting it from The Keeper. Strangely enough, all liquids that are on this level instantly becomes almond water and this includes bodily fluids(the body is also altered to be able to survive with the only liquid within it being almond water, this change is permanent even if someone was to make it to the frontrooms), liquid pain, and liquid silence instantly turns into a hostile and highly corosive living slime for as long as it is on level "...".
Entities
The entities found on this level include some of the ones you already know(smilers, hounds, skinstealers, ect) but there are several exclusive to only level "..."
-The Keeper is a robed figure reminiscent of the stereotype for death(minus the scythe). They are incapable of leaving level ".." but can send others to any location on any other level in addition to anywhere on level "...". They are also highly knowledgeable when it comes to the backrooms and are willing to tell you what you would like to ask right before telling you the response to said question, except for when it comes to telling you how you can leave the backrooms, in which case it will tell you " for your own sake, I can"t tell you ". When requesting to be sent somewhere, it is exceedingly important that you are careful with your wording as it has a tendency to fulfill requests while exploiting loopholes in the spoke words as a form of amusement.
-Tiamat is a stereotypical image of a western dragon and has five different heads. She lives in the mouth of a volcano deep underwater not particularly far from the coastline and is referred to as the "Chaos Dragoness" by the residents of level "...". A general rule of thumb, if you hear a deranged cackling near the shore from seemingly everywhere, get as far from the coastline as you can or you"ll be risking dying through some sort of natural disaster. From the singular expedition to locate Tiamat, it was learned that, despite being basically buried under gargantuan chains, she can still hunt and kill you with ease.
-Bahamut is a platinum scaled and furred eastern dragon. He is a kind hearted individual and will do whatever he can to help anyone who needs it, even if they don"t know that they do. He lives somewhere above the clouds but does not clarify. He is referred to as the " Platinum Shield" by the residents of level "..." as it seems that he is the only one capable of holding the natural disasters created by Tiamat near the coastline(which explains why debris is constantly littered across the beaches)
-THE Wanderer is an entity that originally comes from this level but currently is traveling through other levels. According to the residents of this level, they are held in incredibly high esteem and worshipped like a god, in addition to being called a living map for any location no matter what. The Wanderer has been seen by any person who noclips into the backrooms but only as a flickering shadow out of the corner of their eye
-Halos are strangely designed hoops that follows someone around if they enter level "..." a specific way and and are impossible to separate from said person, even through nocliping to another level entirely. It is unknown how it does this but it might have something to do with their ability to change in size temporarily and create spacial rifts inside of its interior in addition to be perpetually floating. They vanish once that someone dies outside of level "...".
-Residents are the intelligent entities of level "..." that have been there for, at least, half of their lives. It seems that people can be converted into a Resident entity if they stay long enough, it is currently unclear how this takes place but what is known is that the new Resident remembers everything about themselves before they became one. People who have been converted can only leave if The Keeper sends them somewhere.
Entrances
-Finding a dimly lit room on level 0 with wallpaper designed to look like the night sky, you will appear in a clearing in the forested section of level "..."
-Noclipping through a painting of a surreal forest on level 57, you will appear near the cabin at the edge of the forested section
-Eating all of a blue royal ration within thirty seconds, you will appear in the basement of the cabin surrounded by crates neatly packed with royal rations and super almond water and the level key for the Hub will appear in your mouth
-Saying "magic is science" on level 1within a waist deep pool of water, you will appear in the sana located behind the cabin and a strangely designed hoop(it varies from person to person but the diameter remains the same) two and a half inches in diameter will follow you around no matter where you go, even through an exit you find that leads to another level
Exits
-Saying "science is magic" while you"re inside the sana behind the cabin, you will appear in a waist deep pool of water on level 1, but a month has to pass after saying this before you will be transported
-Asking The Keeper entity to send you somewhere(this cannot target the Frontrooms itself but can be a location that leads to nocliping back to reality, although you have to be careful with your wording otherwise it might drop you in the middle of a massive hoard of hostile and incredibly deadly entities)
-Going to sleep with a dream catcher under your head, this will make you dream of a random level and once you wake up you will find yourself on that level(all levels dreamed of in this way have been a difficulty class of 0 or 1)
-Dying, you will be sent to level 0

This level is something I came up with literally this morning and I"m a bit surprised at how it turned out.
