Well... this is interesting. I haven't seen Tugs in your style, but it's unique. I do like the original Nelvana series design for both him and Hugs. Hugs is the pink one, and female. But this isn't a bad attempt.

You're welcome. Sorry to be late, though. I even own four DVDs and two VHS tapes that have the babies, Tugs and Hugs, in them. They are, in no specific order, The Care Bears Movie, on VHS, with the first copy I own being out-of-order, and the second copy I own being much cleaner, The Care Bears Movie: Special Edition, on DVD, which included "The Care Bears Battle the Freeze Machine," which features the babies, The Care Bears Movie on DVD, Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-lot, which features two episodes with the babies and Care Bears: Kingdom of Caring, which features three episodes with the babies. I love them.
