Note: every single toy in this except the bear on scruff head is a real 80s or 90s cearbears or bitsybears toy. (I actually have all the bitsy bears in this)

Visual description: (anthro art) scruff, a six year old brown Pinto pony with white markings on thier lower limbs and face, sits on the floor playing with thier toys. They wear a rainbow care bears teeshirt with tender heart bear holding a red balloon on the sleeve. The shirt is under blue grey overalls with brown teddy bear head clasps.
Their socks have the same teddy bear head on ear heel making them sort of match but the right one is baby blue and the left is light purple. They also wear a blue with stars on it and a blue carebear head at the center, in thier messy medium length blond mane, Bedtime bear. Thier right leg curls in, their left leg lays out to the viewers right of them, the direction they are facing. In that area the bitsy bear fair is set up. The toy beariss wheel is nearest them. It"s a yellow ferris wheel with a design of pink flowers and leaves, a blue cener, a blue base and three little seats each with a big yellow flower on them. The base has a yellow front with a design of pink ribbon and says musical beariss wheel in blue. One seat is blue. That one has beary happy bear. (My favorite as a child) she"s a pink bear with blue hair, a pink bow in it and a skirt that"s rainbow but pink on top. She holds a pink popsicle in her right hand and plastic balloons in the left. The balloons are one yellow one blue, both pink on the back. All the bitsy bears have blue eyes. In the pink seat closer to scruff is a yellow bear with teal hair, two yellow flowers in it, and a pinkish white dress with hearts fasening the straps onto the shoulders. Her name is flutterbye bear. In the purple seat to the viewers right is skipples (might be hopsy? Not sure how to tell which twin is which name) a blue bear with pink hair, blue flowers in her hair and a yellow and blue dress with a flower on it. Next to the beariss wheel on the viewers right is the ticket booth. It"s blue with leaves and pink flowers at the top. Under that the words Bitsy Bears are written in yellow. At the bottom the word "tickets" is written in dark pink over a light pink design with yellow flowers and leaves. A pink plastic pinwheel lays on the tick booth and behind it is a teal bitsy bear with yellow hair and a dress that"s yellow on top amd white with flowers on the bottom. She holds a pink plastic flag in the left paw. Her name is Blossom bear. Pawleena, a purple bear with yellow hair with pink flowers in it and a yellow dress seems to be pushing a teal stroller from the ticket booth past the beariss wheel. The stroller has a design of leaves and pink flowers on it a pink baby bitsy bear named tickles sits in it. She wears a pink bow on her head. Scruff seems to be flying a carebears cloud car towards the bitsy bear fair (also known as the honeybear fair) it has a yellow moon and cloud sticker on the side, yellow star head lights, a pink heart hood ornament, blue seats and a pink steering wheel. Siting in the front is tender heart a brown carebear with a white belly with a red hear on it. They seem to be driving. In the back seat is a blue carebear with a blue cloud raining pink hearts on thier white belly. They are grumpy bear and thier expression shows it. Each has a red hear on thier hip. The wheels have cloud design stickers on them.

On scruffs head is a light tan brown plush teddybear named teddy. They have a brown eye on their left and a blue button sewn on as a replacement eye on the right. They have a lighter color muzzle and a pink patch with white dots on thier left ear. They wear a rainbow shirt but most of it is covered as they seem to relax on scruffs head. Scruffs blue eyes look down at the cloud car.

To the viewers left by scruffs tail and right knee is a carealot playset. A bit red heart covered in white cloud with two yellow stars blue slide and a yellow star swing. On top it has a sort of handle that looks too breakable to use as a handle but says care a lot and has a big smiling sun attached above it.
The background is just purples.
