I didn't know this image existed until recently. There's Rocket 1.0 with a makeshift proton pack in the Novi Sheraton parking lot as the fursuit parade was winding down. Con theme was "Rockin' In The 80's" for FCN. This was the only furry con in Michigan. Met lots of terrific people.

Before reading the title I was thinking that was some kind of cooling contraption so the fursuiter could fursuit for the entire day never needing to take a brake to cool off.
I keep seeing bits and pieces of military cooling units on certain sites. Probably wearing a mascot cooling vest with the flexible freeze packs here.
