This has me wondering: does she show up on security cameras? This looks like a big building, which means there are security cameras. So, either the video shows the water avoiding him like in the third panel, or it shows her as she is in the message.
The MalO app, in the SCP lore, would periodically send you pictures of locations you often visit with MalO in the background until it'll send them of you in real time, often you start to see MalO in your peripheral vision. Typically, it's a jarring experience, but hasn't been known to harm anyone.
I know. What I mean is : if you look in the third panel of the comic, you will notice that the rain is not falling on the person, which the next panel explains by showing that Mal0 is holding an umbrella over him to keep him dry. As this is a big building, it likely has security cameras, and probably caught the guy leaving, and the rain not hitting him. So, does that mean that the security cameras would simply show the water somehow being diverted around the man?
Honestly, I see this, and all I'm reminded of is the Chinese guy from the movie 'The Fifth Element'. XD
