Albert Rickets is a novice monster hunter who's waited his entire life to hunt down a truly ferocious beast. After a flurry of disruptions in the small town of Beggar's Reprieve, he finally gets his chance to chase down a genuine werewolf and win everyone's respect.
Unfortunately, no one else seems quite as dedicated about hunting down the monster, especially when the ale is so cheap. Even the werewolf itself seems more interested in baking than bloodshed. The night has only begun, and already everything is going wrong (despite everyone's monster hunting licenses being in perfect order).
This is an ILLUSTRATED STORY about forbidden forests, haunted castles, an ageless vampire, a drink-loving hunchback, a muffin-obsessed werewolf, and the hunter who must deal with them all and somehow escape with his hat intact.

Just skimmed through the whole thing for the pretty pictures, was honestly surprised at the Everyone you made is Here cameo.
Real talk that illustration gave me the most trouble throughout this entire production so far, lol.

Guenevere is ADORABLE and I want to see more of this story. Also KISS DE GIRL darn you!
Guenevere's a turbo qt. The hat is just confused, hopefully one day he'll get some sense and kiss the dog.

The pdf link below the thumbnail should link to chapters 3-4. I guess I should clarify and say that's what I mean by "Part 2" as it's the second major update to the story, sorry if there's any confusion!
This is such a wholesome story, I'm hoping they team up and/or shack up... because the true monster is the world trying to keep them apart!
That or the whatever creature trying to make a name for itself without proper Guild authorization or papers!!! The scandal of it! The sheer audacity!
Still it would be funny if there was a bureaucratic mix-up, something like the Guild didn't want these two meeting for several years until they'd really had some accomplishments under their blouse/hat.
Also, there is hopefully room for a pair of undead zombie grandfathers being brought in to "set their kin on the right path" only to push them even closer together!

A very fun and wholesome story. Very much enjoyed the parts we have so far.
I'd love to see a Mob Mentality cartoon.
