Wow! Ok this is an amazing render and amazing model! Your texture work here along the tongue is phenomenal!! The roughness, furrows and shine all look amazing. And good use of subsurface scattering, It really brings the flesh tones to life and gives some really great looking color depth to the mouth as it shifts from the normal rosy pink to that dark purple.

The saliva strands are also very well done. Prevalent but not distracting or intrusive. The dew drop shape lending itself well to it having weight. With a very nice reflection and translucency. Out of curiosity are they meshes? or maybe curves? Are they apart of the rig or freestanding?
