I thought it would be cool to make my birth month into a god, since it's kind of an important month to me,and I think it deserves more attention than it gets

Lord August,Dux of summers end,King of the dying flame
August is hailed as being the last hurrah,the good ending,and the upholding memory before hardship
People pray to august in hopes of things coming to a good end be it an end to life,love,war or harvest.he is called in the name of contentment.that last warm memory to carry one through oncoming hardship.
Ie is described as having the brash countenance of an ogre,and the warmth of a strong young lover. Ie is symbolized by a smoldering coal or ember. and ceremonies in is name are often held around an exhausted bonfire

Saint November,Dux of falls end. lord of the last harvest
November is called upon for changes and conclusions. People seek is help in bring forth and end to things< be it good or bad.Commonly called apon those seeking conclusions, or endings to bad relationships and siduations, and answers with cold action.
November is depicted as a gaunt and sorrowful figure holding many threats and worries. Ie is traditionally depicted wreathed in the tattered remains of fall,and holding a worn scythe signifying the last harvest.
crows and centipedes are said to be the favored beasts of November, and
gratuitous sightings of either are often viewed as an omen

anyway there you go, perhaps one day I will do more moths, but I think it would be FAR FUCKING COOLER if you guys were to take a stab at making your own calender gods for your own birth months .I'd love to see what happens
