So I had to make a buddy for Tobius and I named him Tequila. I'll make a ref for him as well.
I finally decided on a backstory for the two as well. It's the future, dogs evolved and are slaves to humans. They are used for pleasure or thrown into the army as fighters. Therefore they are quite literally 'Dogs of the government'
Tequila's outfit is gonna be changed as well cause I hate it! OTL
