Sly is a master thief and thiefs are usally quiet, but Sly can't swim, which is for the next mission problamatic. But an idea was found and the idea is, that Sly should wear these floaties. It seems, that Sly isn't really sure about that, if this is really usfull...but I can say it, that this is very usfull for 2 reasons: The first reason is, that these floaties helps, that he can't drown it and the secound is, that he's more huggable...but only, if the floaties are puffy and huge enough
