Story behind this image:

George is the younger brother of Brenda, George died from Polio in 1956, and had been mostly sheltered growing up, and thus went to Heaven when he passed. Based on his limited ability he was granted the privilege to become an Exterminator, working for God to help manage the overpopulation of Hell.

One year, George while doing his job encountered a demon who was out when they weren't supposed to be, and when she cried out before he struck her, he froze in place. He had found his sister, and did not follow through and kill her. Other demons witnessed the situation and word spread there was a weak Exterminator. Other exterminators heard the commotion and reported the situation back to their lead, who preemptively ended George's night.

George was sent back to Heaven to report immediately as to what happened. He explained he had found his sister who tried to save his life while they were alive, and he couldn't find it in him to kill the one person who took care of him while he lived.

The ArchAngel's and his Exterminator lead heard his story, and after a week of deliberating a punishment for George, ultimately his punishment was to kneel before Lucifer. Lucifer would make him serve 1,000 years in Hell, but could speak to no one. His eyes would be sealed, and could feel no touch. Lucifer turned him to stone with his wings intact. He would be displayed for the demons in hell to do what they wanted to a traitor Angel, living in a stone prison in hell.

This image was the last time that George could see, before being turned into stone.
