Say hello to Edwin!
🎨: crazyfoxlady
Key details:
- SFW.
- Male.
- Mouth is never open.
- Facial expression is usually grumpy, annoyed, or deep in concentration.
- Ears are never straight up, but always held back (see reference).
- Black spot around the left eye is critical and must be visible in the piece. His ears have black tips, and all the other black peppering is randomly sprinkled about the areas pointed out in the reference.
- He wears business casual (see outfit reference. Ex: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/49225734/).
- He wears a wedding ring (if you choose to show his left hand).
- Do not "cheat" his other eye into the frame if you are depicting him from the side of his face. His eyes are on the side of his oval shaped head (like a real hare), so it would be impossible to see both eyes unless you were looking at him straight on. Disregard this if you are drawing him with a flat face.
- Has black nails.
- He is ambidextrous, but usually writes with his left hand.
- Digigrade legs
Tips for how to draw hares, rabbits, and the differences between the two. Very handy for getting the face/snout/skull and ears right:

I really, like really love the design / expression and details about your character!
I appreciate the comment. You should take a peek over at crazyfoxlady. She is the one who made it. It was a wonderful collaborative process, but she really helped build Edwin into what he is.
I love how he has a kid version. at least the kid version is nice.
