Despite coming from one of the least beloved gens, he"s one of the most unique and creative bears in the whole franchise.
He doesn"t have a belly badge, so draws them on himself based on his mood! He"s commonly headcanoned as autistic (for multiple reasons, but he"s socially awkward and clumsy), so he gets the cool infinity bowtie UwU

He"s also somehow never been brought back since, no idea if the current brand owner doesn"t want to deal with the idea of disabled Care Bears or what. Though they haven"t brought the super popular Cousins line back either, so it"s probably something else.
