''Ayla'' by Lay (Not my photo)
When reading my comics or stories and coming across the ''older girlfriend'' type character that often shows up in my works -- have you ever wondered who that girlfriend actually is? Well -- this is what Ayla would look like if she were real! To clarify, I am not the owner of this photo. I don't know who made this. But it comes closest to what I imagine Ayla would look like -- a tender yet strong-willed female adult Arctic Wolf who is always open to others and still carries some traits from her youth in the 90's.
Ayla was born on May 21st, 1991 -- about 8 whole years before I was born, in '99! Ayla's first appearance was in my second part of a science-fiction story I wrote in Document Word, where I traveled back to 1999 and ended up at a gorgeous meadow as a baby Arctic Wolf pup. Ayla was just casually walking by the creek near the meadows when she saw me lying in the grass, and the 8-year-old girl witnessed me waking up. She kindly and softly asked me what I was doing here, if I was perhaps lost, and if she could help me. After I told her that I was confused, but so glad that someone found me, she decided to guide me to the castle she lived in. Once there, the owner -- her master, a man named King Roger Rynant II -- welcomed us and took us in for a while. However after we lived our lives at the castle for about a couple days, I started to feel a bit homesick, and Ayla soon discovered this, just by looking at me with her caring eyes -- ones that would later become two distinctly different colors each, which is very rare in general -- and so she decided to help her new baby friend find a way to return to the era that I came from, and if the king was alright with it, Ayla could travel with me to what I referred to as ''the current''. Fortunately, King Roger II was OK with it, so after the two of us walked through the meadows in search of a way to go back to my era, we discovered a giant crystal that was hidden inside a gorgeous cavern behind a waterfall. After we both simultaneously touched it, a bright light spread out, causing everything to disappear, and after I woke up from the time jump, I looked next to me and looked right in the eyes of the beautiful, young-adult Arctic Wolf you see here on this photo. This picture can be easily found on the internet, but I thought that this specific color combination of the eyes worked best for my story. Maybe in the future I'll translate my work from Dutch to English and post the entire story here on the fandom!

Hi, Perdy! My birthday is tomorrow (Sept. 6th), and I just returned from EcoSol, a gardening company with many different flowers and a wood-sewing area. Today we celebrated my birthday there, as we always do whenever it is someone's birthday! 😉
I will stay at my grandma's house in Sittard for the next couple days, I believe for about a week. It'll be great!

Wooh! That's in just a bit over a month! 😉
Did you already make a wish list? Or invited friends and family?
How old will you be this year? I'll be 23!

Ah, so just like with another one of my Watchers, CarolinaLuxray (now known as Niko the Roserade), who is also younger than me, surprisingly. My guess is that your year of birth is 2005? Please correct me on this in case I'm wrong about this.
Thanks! It's the closest actual wolf to come to the character I imagined for that story I wrote! She's so cute!
That's quite the adventure. I like how you were able to use an image you found on the internet while browsing to find the best possible example of Ayla. It's not always easy to describe exactly what you see inside your head when creating and writing about a character. Giving a reference takes a lot of stress off of trying to explain details that you just don't want to have confused by those who may read over your story. Plus, being a good creator of stories, you made sure to note that the art was not your own but something you found to use as a reference.

The story itself is quite cute. Is this a summary of the entire tale that you wrote out?

It is! I'm hesitant to put my whole stories from Doc Word on here, but I do sometimes create summaries referencing the events of my documents the featured character appears in whenever it's necessary.
