"It's pretty bad... The Kimku have been here for a while now and they've pushed through nearly two-thirds of Methkendalm. Lantam fell recently. Our army really is no match for the Kimku. We knew that getting into this though.

Those treacherous dogs! Spitting on the Treaty of Ascension like it were some common document! But where are the Istaar? Where are the Matordai? Nowhere. The same places they were when the Kimku marched on Taheh - back in their homes, safe and sound, cozy by their fires! That's where!

But there is some hope - 'us'. We are our hope. Cheranim is our hope. And, we are her sword. We are her knights. We are her legion. We are her guard and her strength, and we will use our cunning, our tricks, our tenacity and our lives to fight back the Kimku! We'll drive those wolves back into the sea and let them enjoy a pleasant winter's chill while they're there! Should remind them of home at least.

Wait... The scout has launched the signal. Their military are approaching!

Quickly, everyone into the holes! Cover yourselves and keep quiet! Not a peep, gentlemen, otherwise we'll give away our position. Remember, not until the chains are laid do we move. Once they've got their golems bound to the first row, you know what to do.

Strike quick. Strike true!

Now... keep quiet... Here they come."

The follow up to the first page. This is, sadly, the only other page in this little series. It was loads of fun when I did it, however, and I learned a lot from these two images. Maybe, someday, I'll finish this up. I have some pretty cool ideas for this, and would love to see them completed some day.
