Arms, shoulders, back, pecs, abdomen, legs and calves underwent a rigorous physical test, two hours of vigor and energy, exposed through curls, presses, pull-ups and squats. It was also an inner satisfaction the fact of not using any kind of external help, without special gloves, girdles or knee pads. It was him (and only him at his best) against the cold metal, nothing standing between the bear and the machines. The non-slip surfaces favored Manning by letting his abundant perspiration not be a limitation, he enjoyed looking at himself in the various mirrors while exercising and seeing how his sweat covered his entire body. His posing trunks got a darker blue hue due to this moisture, the sensitive material still retaining that characteristic metallic effect, contrasting even more with the prodigious musculature of its proud wearer.
