I recognize those wheels!!! I think it was mentioned in some old script writing when some guy saw those things. He said that it was angelic spirit, quite powerful too.
The sentials take inspiration from several religious imagry at once. So it's not a surprise :>Thogh it wasn't just the biblical angels that this came from, granted the other element is pretty subtle.
