Everything was perfect (not really) in THIS Town, until the old mayor dissappear :0. Well after the mayor changed, a very big man came to cause chaos around the town. Oh no, it's Leatherroit The Leather Master, he's hot. It's up to Blaster Claw and his hero friends to take care of this XD

Leatherroit possesed 2 main power. Which is.. LEATHER controling of course. He can make, summon, or control leathers or latex material around him, make them as belts, ballgags, muzzle gag, jacket or other restrain he want~
Yes he have one of the Gippeum Stone piece which that Derma Stone that have the ability of Leather :0
His second power is Bronto Streight, which make him muscle REALLY strong and thicc. This power also effect his height, making him hugely tall being 2,38 meter. He only need to flick his finger to destroy a big building XP oof
He also pretty smart, so watch out for his inventions~
Oh yeah, he is the big rival of our red flame hero, Blaster Claw of course ;3
And that corner drawing of him, he is not tied up there, he just cover himself with his cape like vampires do, and he use his belts to express his "shrugging" lol. His glasses is expressive too, so it move according to his eye emotion, keeping his eye closed and secretly hiding his identity of course
