There are... numerous reasons, but it isn't likely humanity will ever colonize mars, sadly enough.
The Android newscaster looks adorable he kind of reminds me of those Androids from that video games stray has.

Haven't played it myself but seeing a few people play a little bit of it, it looks very good and the Androids in that game all have those TV screen faces like your Android newscaster.

Let me start with saying that the two stars are looking so realistic. Chubby limbs, light hair and an interesting eye color!
The crowd looks really cheerful and appears to be an interesting mix of humans and androids. The latter designs really show a nice variation.
The way you work in your other work feels really natural. I spotted the poster for "Tail Wars", but isn't the one below a reference, too?
Lastly, do they live on Mars or in(below) it? The latter would make sense just as the former, but I believe to see the dark sky and you might just not have wanted to copy the title of the TV-show.

The little boys are the center of the piece, I'm glad you like how they look, I was requested for a realistic look, so i aimed to that.
Same with the crowd, i was initially going for just humans, but i was pointed out about adding some droids to it, so... yeah... some variation was the idea to keep things interesting. There are a couple of flying drones too. <3
So glad you have found 2 of the easter eggs. Can you find the other 2? :3
Thanks so much for your comment on them. i wanted to add them without disturbing the general feel, as way to expand on the scene, to add some extra content without distracting from the main scene too much.

I once had a thought about one of those interstellar generational ships, except the occupants are kept permanently regressed since children require less resources and are less prone to extreme violence. Also since they can't produce offspring at a tender young age you don't have to worry about population growth.

If you can take care of all those kids, then it sounds like an awesome plan! If you can't care for them all, then is a recipe for disaster. It could make an interesting story.
