Spitfire and the remaining Wonderbolts were preparing a quick attack on a squad of Nightmare Moon's soldiers, ever since the evil alicorn took control of Equestria, the Wonderbolts had opposed her, but many had been captured and were never heard from again, and now there were only her and a few of them remaining against an army with unlimited resources.

"I know the future seems dark at this point, but we will never cease the fight as long as at least one of us is still standing. This is the promise we made, remember?"

All others nodded, they were exhausted, tired to see their friends never come back, tired of all of this, but it must end one way or another, so they will do it.

"Alright, this time we will not lose anyone, just a quick hit and run attack. Let's go!"

They took off towards their objective and once on site, they began their attack, taking the soldiers by surprise, as expected. However, something was not expected: how easy it was, almost too easy, which coundn’t be good. Spitfire noticed it too.

"It's too easy, something's up, be aware of..."

She never finished her sentence when an explosion nearby sent them all to the ground.

Reinforcements were here and many new ponies, but also... changelings? Wearing a purple and black suit shining under the moonlight like it was made of latex, invaded the area.

"I was right, we fell into a trap. The Shadowbolts are here, probably a gift of the head huntress Twilight Sparkle..."

"Captain, what do we do?!" Asked another Wonderbolt in panic, but Spitfire didn't know, they were too many and they already had surrounded the area on the ground and air.

Spitfire looked around and saw the alicorn huntress Twilight Sparkle watching her back with a sinister grin on her face, like it was her plan all along.

Suddenly, a large shadowy figure landed, the other Shadowbolts, even Twilight, quickly stepped aside and stood still, whoever landed, it was clearly a pony above in the command chain. When the figure stood next to the surrounded Wonderbolts, Spitfire could finally see who it was. It was Celestia, wearing a Shadowbolt suit like the others, she was now under the servitude of Nightmare Moon too.

Twilight cleared her throat before speaking to her.

"The remaining Wonderbolts, including their leader, have been captured by Commander Celestia, my plan worked as I said."

"Outstanding work Twilight, take them alive, our Mistress wants to convert them personally... but she also wants to have a chat with their leader."

"It will be done, Commander Celestia." Only answered Twilight before using her horn to teleport all Shadowbolts to Nightmare Moon's castle, as well as the Wonderbolts.

Spitfire and her friends were dragged before the alicorn's throne in chains, surrounded by Shadowbolts. By looking at some, Spitfire could see some unicorns and earth ponies among them, meaning that the Shadowbolts weren't not only an air squadron anymore. She can see the rest of Twilight's huntresses, a black pegasus mare with a black and cyan mane, and another pegasus mare with a deep blue coat and purple and more lighter blue mane with a headband in it, another Shadowbolt was a unicorn with a red coat and a white mane with an orange strip in it, even the princess named Cadance was here. But what really caught the Wonderbolts' eyes was seeing their former teammates, wearing the Shadowbolt uniform and with no regrets or empathy in their eyes, like they have changed... for the worse. And they now realized what had happened to their former Wonderbolts, they had been brainwashed somehow and joined the ranks of Nightmare Moon's army.

An evil laugh made them focus on the throne, Nightmare Moon was watching them and all Shadowbolts bowed to her, even the ones they knew as Wonderbolts once. It was a really sick view.

"Looks like I finally have the remaining of the Wonderbolts resistance before me, thanks to my sister and Twilight... Now, bring me their leader!"

Spitfire was pushed forward, her face only showing anger.

"So, it's you. The scum who dares fight me with your "Wonderbolts", thinking you had a chance... how cute... and foolish."

Spitfire didn't answer, she didn't want to give the alicorn that privilege… which only made Nightmare Moon smirk.

"You probably wonder what I'm gonna do to you and the others right?"

"No! I already know, like you did with my former friends, you will make them join the army, but they will never surrender to you..."

"Like the "former friends" you mentioned earlier? Just look around you, all the Shadowbolts you see here had said they would not surrender.. what makes you think you'll be different? Anyway, I wasn't planning on making you suffer the same fate, Spitfire..."

The yellow pegasus mare raised her head with incomprehension.

"You heard right, I have a far better... or worse from your point of view, fate for you. Celestia, you remember what I talked about with you concerning her, right?"

"Sure, I was very impatient to finally do it."

"Then I leave you with her, Twilight and I will take care of her friends."

"At once sister." Concluded Celestia before grabbing Spitfire with her magic and taking her a little away from the group while Nightmare Moon approached the others with Twilight.

She immediately used her magic to restrain Spitfire's body on the ground and keep her wings to her side, she also gagged her to prevent her from screaming. Spitfire was now in a standing position and unable to move.

"Release her immediately!" Yelled another Wonderbolt.

"Silence! You have nothing to say since you're against Nightmare Moon... but it doesn't matter, soon you will see the light... or rather, the night side." Said Twilight before ripping the Wonderbolt suit off and putting a pair of yellow goggles, looking like the ones of the Shadowbolts on the pegasus’ muzzle.

The pegasus then stopped moving as spirals began to spin inside the goggles, directly in front of the pony's eyes, his body beginning to be covered with the latex Shadowbolt suit for the horror of the others, including Spitfire...

When it stopped, the pegasus was covered just like the other Shadowbolts, and with a grin he faced Nightmare Moon.

"Thank you for this gift, my Queen." He said with a bow.

Nightmare Moon didn't answer and the pegasus joined the other Shadowbolts surrounding the captives. No matter how hard they tried to bring their friend back to them, it was useless.

"I must agree that your method is quicker, my dear Twilight. However I still appreciate mine a little more." Said Nightmare Moon before using her magic on another Wonderbolt, making the pony feel a very strong sensation of pleasure invading their mind, as the suit slowly crept up on them. The strong sensation of pleasure broke the pony's mind and made them join Nightmare Moon willingly.

While Spitfire watched with horror what happened to her Wonderbolts, she could also feel something being placed on her, but she couldn't move her head to watch because of Celestia's magic, and she could feel her hind hooves being moved against her will, being put into something before being released, making a little noise when they touched the ground, something that sounded like heels... Her suspicions were confirmed when she could feel her rear being a little higher than usual while standing, whatever Celestia was doing, it wasn't good.

Spitfire's breath was cut off for a second before she could feel something tight around her abdomen, what could it be? Her front hooves were encased next, followed by her wings and a hood was placed on her head, she then felt straps being attached together all around her.

"Almost ready, but I bet you're wondering what I have done, hmm? I suppose we can allow you to see it." Said Celestia before releasing her magic and placing a mirror in front of Spitfire.

The mare was shocked the instant she watched her reflection, she was wearing a suit very similar in design as the Shadowbolt one, but one making her look very submissive, heels were on her hind hooves as she suspected earlier, and she couldn't fly anymore with her wings being bound to her sides, the only thing still visible from her was her mane, her tail and her eyes, her Cutie Mark being covered by the Shadowbolt emblem of the suit.

She tried to speak but was still gagged, resulting with only moans and groans coming out of her mouth.

"Enjoying it? This is your new destiny, as an example for being the leader of a resistance against my Mistress. But we're not finished with you yet..." Celestia coldly explained before using her magic once more.

She grabbed a blindfold, matching the black of the suit, slowly lowering it in front of Spitfire's eyes.

The last thing the yellow mare could see was the last of her Wonderbolts being fully converted into a Shadowbolt and bowing to Nightmare Moon...

Celestia then attached a leash on the neck of Spitfire and pulled it, making the mare walk against her will, eyes full of terror inside the suit.

"Nightmare Moon always finds a use for ponies like you." Said Celestia, guiding the pony to her new "mistress".
