I've always appreciated Blankit's art, she just has the softest, coziest, purest stuff around! I was kind of nervous reaching out to her, but as most people I've interacted with she turned out to be super sweet! We got to chatting about this and that, mostly about cute fashion and accessories, and before long she opened up for commissions and I got a slot!

It was really nice getting to chat with her as the commission process went on! Everything moved along super smoothly, I don't think I asked for a single revision, but she stopped a few times to ask if there were any extra little details I wanted to add ^.^ Of course I had to have Penelope's toucan added, and some reading glasses, but the rest was all on her ♥

The outfit is super cute! Shorts and a cute printed shirt are a hard combo to top, and, big secret!! ...The little bit of white under the toucan and the puppy ear is actually a tiny peek of a diaper >.>; Blankit and I both mentioned that we appreciate the subtle touch when it comes to padded stuff, and though I mentioned that it wasn't necessary she still went ahead and added it ^.^

I just love how soft this turned out ;_; It's so pastel and cozy and comfy and warm and...I just really adore this scene ^.^ I wish I had a cozy little nook of my own to retreat to when I was little! Blanket forts were always a fun thing to do, but there's something special about a little nook like this :D Look at the fairy lights! Gosh imagine how pretty this would be with the rest of the lights off :o

I didn't know what to expect when I first commissioned her, but I knew whatever happened it'd be super soft and mega cozy, and as you can see it was all of these and more ♥
