Some time after forcefully shoving a foul yellow god back through the portal it was being lured through, smashing a yellow cult's piano, and slapping the shit out of several yellow cultists, Ionatrix and Company were making their way toward a docked airship they'd heard rumors about.

On their way to the docks, the group was... accosted by an exceptionally wide vrock complaining about his belly being empty. He seemed unusually innocent for a demon, more concerned with filling his stomach than satisfying violent tendancies, so Ionatrix stepped forward to offer him a snack from her blessed bento.

The rotund vrock appreciated the offer greatly, but lamented that his friend picklepee wasn't around to bring him food as he normally would. Ionatrix felt a pang of lament as Picklepee had been whisked away to Nocticula for punishment when he tried to protect her by attacking a cultist bearing the yellow sign.

She could only hold on to the hope that she might reach Nocticula's throne room to plead Picklepee's case before he came to harm. But until then, Ionatrix had another prettybird to keep under her redeemer's wings.
