Foxen - Broom n Gloom
Quartz n Devilline used to be in a band called Broom n Gloom
They were a goth punk band that fought to make people scared of witches, and to bring witches into the spotlight as badass goths that wanna hex your crops and steal your boyfriends.
Quartz and Devilline had a falling out because Devilline never grew out of it. She wanted witches to be seen as evil, and wanted to do witchy crimes like hexing farms, turning chickens into stone, and spiking punch with potions that turn people into froggos.
Quartz didn't want to be evil. Mischievous was always her thing, but straight up hexing crops was just not her MO. So she got in a fight with Devilline and the band fell apart. Quartz found love, started a family, moved on. Devilline never did.
Devilline's glitz and glamour fell apart, her appeal waned, her solo career just didn't pan out without Quartz's guitar riffs and solos and their duet singing. So, Devilline sought to go on the offensive. Steal Quartz's boyfriend! Destroy her happy life! Hex her with a flat-chest curse! You know the drill!
["Foxen: A Tale of Socks" is a very pre-alpha game that Jay is currently working on after a very hefty muse of inspiration happened. Soon he will be posting a video explaining the premise of the game and looking for an indie dev team to make it a reality!]
