Since the re-establishment of the magic, I was somehow MOBBED carefully by many fans of the Warriors! There was one who would be drunk that wants to take my fursuit and wear it! Uh-uh; in this time of COVID, I will not take any chances as I did not have any Febreeze antibacterial with me. There were some that joked with me in thinking that since I was a wolf, I should be in Minnesota where the Timberwolves play! ( www.nba.com/timberwolves ) OH, FAT CHANCE! I was born in Oakland, the Warriors home for 47 years until moving to SF in 2020. NEVER will I go against them if they never win championships-but now they do! Gosh, I was even tipped $2 to get a picture taken. Well, at this time, I'm in student debt, so I would take anything money comes at me-I would not have taken it if I weren't in debt. There was another joke from one onlooker if I was a Masked Singer [participant]-no, I would wish, but I wish, and I would have a voice like the singer Seal on FOX! Anyway, back to the celebration, here I am with lots of glee, holding the NBA Championship Trophy, which is named after the postmaster general and Democratic politician who later became the NBA commissioner for 9 years, Larry O'Brien.

WELL...This is a replica, but really, I wish I was holding it for real!

Do note that this would the the old construction of the Larry O'Brien Trophy. If you look closely, the bottom is rectangular like it would be the basketball floor. It is this year to celebrate the 75th year the NBA existed that the bottom is circular so then there would be for the next 100 years, the names of the champions will be engraved on the trophy. I do not know if the trophy will be traveling like the Stanley Cup, but it will be easier to handle--and there would be less risk of dropping it. (There was one instance-1994 Houston Rockets [ www.nba.com/rockets ] won their championship and it was dropped by Richard Petruška in the presentation ceremony.) Well, with the crazy fan I'm with, this is HIS replica trophy. However, it may not be long that we will see the updated one soon! Great to see in history, the O'Brien Trophy come to SF for the first-ever time in its updated version. Yes, I'm in a gold shirt, but I do have a vest on that is blue- a bit dark, but still valid Warriors colors. Yes, did hold it with some help- this man's replica trophy was heavier than I expected!
