The Danger Rangers were attending a swimming event in an indoor waterpark. The gang, including the kid and their parents, were having a wonderful time, swimming as long as they follow the rules. We can see that Burble was being every kid's favorite ranger to be with since he's bigger and taller. The fact he has that kind of height and weight, he could pick them up and let them fall back safely down the water. He was like a living water playground to the children. To the parents, they were amused to see how their kids would keep climbing back up on that big polar bear to do a few more splashes.

During the event, Ranger Kitty was being seen, backstroking graciously in her sunny yellow bathing suit. As she swims like a water ballerina, Sully watched her from afar, admiring the sight of Kitty enjoying the water. He couldn't help but see her as a lovely goddess who can tread water like so. While everyone was enjoying their fun, peering out from a nearby palm tree was a sneaky lunatic that the Rangers once busted: Quentin V. Manderbill. He chuckled deviously, pulling out what appeared to be a ray done. "Any minute now..." He laughed insanely, but quietly. At this point, Ranger Kitty swam past Sully but didn't say anything. To Sully, he didn't take any offense to it since he knew that she couldn't see him. After going further and further away from the seal...

ZAP!

Kitty's yell echoed the indoor waterpark. Everyone, including Sully, turned to where the noise was coming from. To their surprise, they saw Kitty, trapped inside a neon purple bubble. She was floating away from the water while Kitty tried to pop it open, but to no avail. Not even her claws were able to penetrate the orb. "It works!" Quentin sputtered victoriously. "My ray gun finally works!" He laughed maniacally while Sully stared at the helpless cat. Oh, how will he ever get Kitty out of there...?
