I can't imagine sculpted bronze being fun to wear for long, especially if meals are had while wearing it, but knowing Jade, it will be spectacular, even if brief.
I saw it being used as a name for diamond graphene.

Sounds like good protection of the vitals. The bronze probably could be thin to keep the weight down. My line of work, I wear ballistic armor 5 days a week. One set is rifle rated coated steel, 20 pounds.
Nothing says "I love you" like stylish body armor!

Though given it was day dreaming about Girl Genius I also included bat wings that fold down into a face mask and similar on the bodice that fold up to cover the vitals.
Not to mention a lovely mechanized perfume/incense dispenser that can switch to a lovely distracting mind altering cloud.
