A character that came to life when I played the remake of Pokemon Diamond/Pearl back in January 2022. When I caught a Riolu I noticed he could learn Earthquake. That is very stronk move for such a little guy... so that got my imagination going. (it also inspired his name)

The end result was this, a Riolu that stopped evolving mid-way towards a Lucario. He doesn't want to fully evolve but keeping his evolution restrained like that cause some sort of gigantism on him. In truth, he's still slowly growing but this wont be visible until some time/years have passed or if he goes for prolonged time without his Everstone.

Lastly, being smarter than average has made him master/change the use of certain moves in a more creative way. (Sorta, Helping Hand is just to tie in his increased size)
