[Go! Go! Hypergrind: Take Two!] Kelly
With another Go! Go! Hypergrind: Take Two! down, there's not a lot of them left to go! Which is a good thing, as that means that the entire cast is almost complete. It's time to meet one of the quirkiest in the competition- and that's saying a lot seeing as this is a cast full of oddballs. This is Kelly, a jelly fish that hails from the nearby shores of Japan. She's completely unlike all other jellyfish thanks to possessing these weird tools at her disposal- hands and feet. Ever since she discovered what those are for, she knew she had one path in life- to be a daredevil! Why? Well, being a jellyfish, she has no nervous system (or many organs for that matter), so she does not feel pain. Combine that with her super-stretchy, rubbery body, and she feels she was built for doing incredible- and incredibly stupid- challenges to push her body to the absolute limit. She joined the brand new GGH competition in order to prove that a jellyfish CAN do anything a vertebrate can!
Kelly didn't get too drastic of a change compared to others, but her changes are pretty notable. From her face, to her cap, her outfit. and even her color scheme were all slightly altered. All of these changes were definitely more than enough to show the jellyfish in a new light. I also got to showcase something that I never did in previous iterations- her super stretchy body. This is something that all of the residents in Toon City can do, but Kelly showcases the most liberally out of all the skaters, acting as a living rubber band of sorts. She can also take this to another extreme and completely alter her physique if she wanted to, though it's only temporary. After all, all rubber bands must snap back eventually. I think all of this showcases a much more lively side to Kelly that wasn't previously available. So, I hope you guts like the new jellyfish!
