Hunter... I really don't know if I believe this, but another hunter has claimed to talk to a Rathian.... one that has a pack of jaggi. They even claimed that her name is Azul. Can you believe it? A monster talking and having a name. But it does sound like a new sub species, so I want you to go out and investigate. But be careful, if this Rathian does control a pack of jaggi then it could be more cunning than any normal Rathian. What? What if the hunter is telling the truth? Preposterous! Like a monster is that intelligent, you stick to hunting, and let the research stay with us. Now go! Arrogant researcher

Say hello to Azul the Lunar Rathian! Yes she is fully sentient and can speak. She love the rumors that she only appears during a blue moon, but she is quite active in the world, she just more careful and only wants to be seen when she wants to be. If somehow a hunter or anyone stumbles upon her (or she approaches you), and are not aggressive. She'll communicate as she is very curious. One could even befriend her, but she very curious soul, and my be more interested on how certain anatomy work so don't be surprised if she wants to "experience" certain things with you. But! If you intend to hunt her, then you face her wrath. With similar abilities as an apex and golden Rathian, not to mention the jaggi that protect her. She wont be easy to take down.
