Hi everyone! So I'm fourteen weeks and four days into my surrogacy today with twins. This weeks symptoms are that I feel like I have to pee all the time now and I think that's normal for the second trimester because the babies are getting bigger and pushing on my bladder. I haven't really kept track, but one of my coworkers commented so I'll take her word for it. I'm hungry all the time and I hate being hungry all the time because I will eat a full meal and then like less than an hour later I'll be like starving again. I know that twins need more calories than a singleton, but extra meals feel like a bit much?
I definitely don't fit my prepregnancy pants or shorts anymore, the sweatpants I'm in now are actually a mens pair that Amazon accidentally sent me years ago and said to keep, thanks Amazon! I can definitely tell that my boobs are getting bigger, it'd make sense since they think they're going to be breastfeeding twins. They've been a little bit sore but I wouldn't say hurting... it's the strangest sensation to have your nipples feel like they're being tickled from the inside!
It was super exciting this week at work when one of my coworkers asked if I was pregnant. She said that she had suspected it for a while since I'm normally so skinny, but was waiting to see if I started rubbing my belly to confirm her suspicions XD Of course once Margo finds out some gossip the whole office will know within the week, so I'm bracing myself for next week when I get all the congratulations.
I'm measuring at a little under thirty six inches, but I just ate so my food baby is probably throwing off my measurement, so lets say I'm a solid thirty six inches this week. I'm not really measuring a lot bigger than the last few weeks, but I think I feel huge because my belly is filling out. The babies are each about the size of a peach now and that's so crazy to me that I have two peach sized babies in me! I think that since the twin secret is out they realized they don't have to hold back their growth anymore~
