This is Hugo, a dragon I got as an adopt from RafaAlpha on telegram/toyhouse.
Hugo is an ambiguous dragon using he/him pronouns. He doesn't have wings, but has large hands for magic casting and manual labor like digging. He's sort of grumpy, but he's not rude when he can help it. In his free time he likes to garden and read, preferring quiet hobbies.
Despite being a dragon, Hugo can't fly, he'd be more likely to be swimming.
