I wish see more of that otter boy in his swim trunks, he looks very good! 😁👌🐾💦🩳
Since Otto is a policeman, I would basically draw him in uniform. But I think, sometimes, I can draw him in swim shorts 😁
It could be possible that he worked like this in the hot summer, wearing only his swim shorts, bring his police badge in a harness or belt. XD
