It's 
sunblink's birthday, so here's their character, Keaton Jyraneth, dressed up as a mercenary.
The costume was based on the Talon Company from Fallout 3 but without the rust. Merlin suggested adding the rocket launcher so we went with that because it's absolutely in-character for Keaton.
