Fire Genasi Kobold 1-3 - By Motolog
I am a player in a D&D game where something really neat happened and i asked 
Motolog to draw it.
Basically our party had inadvertedly killed a friendly kobold right in front of the kobold cave.
While my character had the REVIVIFY spell... we are also very underfunded. So: zero diamonds. 😅
(the GM told me he fears it would make death meaningless... but it was not a banned spell and told me several levels after i took it so... uh... different can of worms, let"s not open it.)
So the GM allowed the use of a gem that could summon some fire-like being (never clarified as we never used it).
It was something that we gotten at level 4 and our characters now being level 7 it would probably have not helped much anyway.
D&D summons do not scale in power but number. This being a single use item... yeah 😅.
So we now have a fire genasi kobold friendo.

Interesting anecdote that originates such a fantastic scene. He had no idea Philomela was on an epic quest.

• failed to cure an illness (despite having the spell to do so)
• failed to do basic diplomacy (despite having been sent there to do that)
• failed to do basic deception (and got swindled big time)
• failed to find even a single address in the town, despite having been invited.
To be fair... this was her first success and only happened because the GM decided to go the "Critical Role way" (which is a show i highly despise because they do not care at all about the rules of the game, thus making any success a moot point because anybody could fail or succeed regardless of the actual planning or training involved in the character).
