Behold, the first time I've designed a character for myself and not completely hated it 2 hours in!
The idea for a nonbinary fursona for myself has been looming in the back of my mind for months, but I never had any clue what I wanted them to be, until today when I was discussing old characters with my partner, and realized it'd be so much fun to reimagine myself as a lemur, since my first ever "fursona" was a lemur (who was neon-colored and a ringtail, but still).
Widge is probably the most personal fursona I've ever made, I've never had a character of mine share my hairstyle (one day my hair will be this long, lol) and especially glasses, or ever been comfortable enough to incorporate natural aspects of myself into a character (big hands, hairy arms!!) and a lemur lets me incorporate these things perfectly as well as embody my personality; a perfect combo of playful and lazy. Couldn't be happier with that!
I can't wait to draw them in a beanie, and in outfits of mine!! To me, they so perfectly embody my spirit and me as a whole, and I'm so excited to have this representation of myself <3
