Hands down the best assassin in the world! Most excellent at "making it look like an accident!"
Heaven help you if whoever contracted her to kill you give her free reign on how she takes you out!
Due to her efficiency on the field, money isn't an issue in terms of weapons, gear, and resources needed to fulfil a contract...not to mention her lavish lifestyle when she's NOT out and about killing people!!!
...if you need someone gone...she's the assassin for the job! She has a perfect record, no price is too high, and not even the emergence of Superheroes seems to get in her way!!!
Three things are for certain:

1) High Gear WILL have a HARD time stopping this determined assassin!
2) You're just one price tag away from being another name on her list!!
3) She's SO good...at this point she's almost doing this for fun!!!
4) [This goes without saying BUT...] DO NOT call her "Loona!!!"
