I'm always reminded about how much they changed Splinters design in the Archie comics towards the end and I always wondered why they made him look more like a mouse than a rat.
I think because Chris Allan works for the Disney comic series. That's why he changed his style. I think he looks better and yes, he reminds me a bit of the design of Biker Mice from Mars (That's why I made this Crossover), but for me, this Splinter was my favorite and I think the 2012 TMNT are also inspired by Archie's Splinter when they recreated the character.
I gotta ask though...your style is so dead on to the comic's style, did you work on the books because MAN, you make me think you could have.

I think you are overthinking it a bit. It's just a funny crossover because Archie's Splinter looks like Biker Mice Bros. :D
