Gooey toon demon. Big ego. Grump, smug, will crack jokes and use toony slapstick.
Size shifter, shape shifter, devious. Friends tend to survive unscathed around him.
Defaults to taur look, but will appear anthro and even hide the more out-there traits when wanting to pass stealthily.
Chain necklace turns people into anthro clones of himself until removed, plus a few hours.
Enjoys eating souls, chaotic bastard. Will make deals with mortals. Eyes swap colour to black schlera and red irises when experiencing strong emotions.

Hmm. How long is the necklace, and how cloney are the clones? Also, is "eating souls" terrible?
It is long enough to get slipped over someone's head, but most of the time it gets clipped over rapidly.
Clones are fully mind and body replacements, there might even be some peeping into their memories, but again, it wears off when removing the necklace after a few hours. It feels like a bit of a weird blurry memory.
Eating souls means he'll claim them for himself and feed off their energy, where they'll take a while to recover and follow with their life (or afterlife). He might just take their energy and drop them
