Among the astral dragons arcane knowledge hold great prominence along with it's corresponding with the universe around. Thus to achieve enlightenment and greatness one must understand the magic of the world and the art of star scrying. In turn so to does one's knowledge grow, and when put to use can prove a potent tool and weapon.
