IT'S MACRO MARCH!And here we are back at the art school where I'm helping out with the "advanced class". An overwhelming request for kneeling soles for some reason.

I'm surprised there's a continuation of this theme especially since you don't see this often.
Hehe, well I really loved last year's theme, so thought why not do another one. Turns out the advanced class is very popular.
Mind if i take the entire semester working on this, might take that long to.... fully paint ^^;; yeah thats it 😇
Of course - you can't rush good art. Remember you may also want to get a closer look; really understand your subject. :D

Dawww, thank you. And um... well they sorta have their own gallery - the TC gallery is like 90% paws. :P

What a nice pose... and view! And only now I realize that the underside of your tail is scaly. That's something all of us foot enthusiasts suffer from: our first look goes just down to dem pawsss....
*snickers* Yessss, I have done that SO many times - like completely missed the gender of the character or other details because the feet were so wonderfully distracting. :P Ha... that makes you wonder just how some of the pictures drawn in this art class turn out. ;)
I'd love to get a closer look at how your toe beans squish against each other as you kneel, but I can't reeeach! Would you kindly assist me? :)
Ohhhh yes, wrinkle lines and squish points are very important to understand the details of, and how light interacts with them. Hmm... I should get the staff to get some ladders so folks can climb up and get a more direct view - interested? :D

Ahhhh - very good; knowing how soft skin folds, stretches and moves with interaction is another critical element of drawing good paws. You'll want to sign up for the interactive class then!
Your feetpaws are just beautiful TC, thanks for giving us such a nice view of them! I'm also gonna need to get up and personal with them so I can understand how best to replicate them on paper. I've heard great artists use their other senses too, not just sight! >.//.>
