This give me a lot of vibes of FF3 Emperor Mateus in all the best ways. I love all the little details like the jewelry, especially around the tail with the wraps and iridescence.
He's 6'3ft without heels, probably 6'6ft with heels. He's a massive man as far as Viera are concerned lol.
