First of, Yes, I both played and read the novel (Yes, there is a book). personally, I really liked it! True it's not perfect but it's not as bad as people say it is, the novel helped understand the in-game story a LOT. But I'm getting off topic, let’s talk about fat dudes!
*SPOILER ALERT!!! Ignore this paragraph if you want to avoid spoilers from the book* After leaving the theater, Mr. Suresh took up cooking as a hobby and he became pretty good at it...maybe a bit too good as he began to out grow his clothes! Luckily he's made several friends that are more than willing to be taste-testers! But it looks like he might need to learn to make healthier meals for his sake and theirs.
