Freddy to the Rescue
I don’t want to complain about how useless Glamrock Freddy is, but he is never there during boss fights and though encounters. He can’t even pick me up while I’m being chased by something, because I need to stay in one place in order for him to come to me. The only times when he does something useful are cutscenes and scripted events like this one. And even then he comes to the rescue after an encounter is already over. It would be fine, if he was a little kid and the player’s character was a mechanical beast that gets upgraded with the metal claws, the creepy voice and the all seeing eyes. Sadly it’s the other way around.
