Well, I've been a part of this fantastic community for almost 3 years now, and I felt it was about time that I got a major update to my sona's original ref sheet. After all, it was the very first piece of art I ever commissioned! So while surprisingly little has changed in my sona's design and personality between my first ref and this one, change has certainly occurred.

Honestly, part of me is hesitant to post this. My original ref sheet has served me so well, and so many fantastic artists have made incredible pieces of art based off of it, and I don't want that to change at all!! I'm afraid that people might be intimidated by a more detailed ref, or feel obligated to meet that level of quality! I really hope that artists continue to make Craddock their own in all my commissions!

But at the same time, dang I think this ref looks good, hah! And I also believe that it showcases Craddock's features much more clearly just with visuals alone, not to mention the text version! I am very happy to have such a nice looking reference for my sona!

About Craddock!
Pronouns: He/Him

Personality: Craddock is confident, optimistic, athletic, proud, welcoming, and creative. However he has a bit of a short temper, and will try to get even with those that wrong him.

Armament: Excellent thermal control allows Craddock to breathe either fire or ice breath. Additionally he can extend ice claws at will, and activate ice spikes on his back and tail by slamming his tail tip against something.

Lair: Craddock lives in an abandoned mine system high in some snowy, forested mountains. There are run-down wooden mining structures around each entrance. Craddock generally welcomes visitors, but doesn't like to draw attention to his lair otherwise.

Skilled craftsman: Craddock has opposable thumbs, so he makes use of the mining machinery left behind to do both woodwork and metalwork. He made the ski goggles he wears himself, and also enjoys creating skis, armor, weapons, simple mechanical machines, adornments for his lair, and other useful contraptions. Craddock's creations are never powered by electricity (an element he dislikes), rather they only require mechanical power, or are fueled by his fire or ice breath.

Diet: In vore Craddock is almost always pred (basically don't expect him to be prey). Prefers to digest but will reform. Oral only. Capacity is so far around 1.5x his own size but can be pushed, however even that size isn't exactly comfortable. Craddock is also a big eater in general, and will gladly chow down on an entire feast with pleasure, as food just makes him happy. Craddock's favorite food is chocolate.

Huuuuuuge thanks to   raxrie for being very patient and receptive with me, and taking the absolute mountain of detail I threw at them and putting it all into this new ref sheet!! Unlike almost every other commission where I am not particular about the little details, I was very much detail-oriented with this one, as I wanted to make sure for my ref sheet specifically that everything was 100% accurate to how I wanted it. And Raxrie freaking stepped up to the challenge and delivered.
I know that sona ref sheets are a very personal and sensitive thing for most people, only commissioning them from those that they can trust, so I can vouch for Raxrie as a trustworthy artist. They will make any changes you want, from small to large, and make sure it looks right to you!
