I just noticed this. What happened to your PC? :o

It was poorly designed and had plastic around the hinge, instead of metal, so, years of opening and shutting it and one day the hinge broke in half and in the process it ripped the wire that allows the lap top to light up, so, in theory the thing still runs and turns on, but.. the screen doesn't light up, so, I can't use it, I'm just going to get all my files off of it and put an external hard drive and buy a new lap top when I have the extra cash, for now I'm using my bf's laptop, but with none of my files, or the ability to save new files onto it (because it's not mine) it kind of threw a wrench in my commissions, I had all the refs and addresses saved. Bleh. :|

Depending on what model it is, there might be hope.

The papers it came with? Ack, no, I've lived in three different apartments just this year so far, quite a bit of the lose stuff and little papers and shit got lost or misplaced. :/
