Megan versus an unknown challenger, and she means business. Sure you really want to take her up on her challenge?
Wanted something a little bolder, a little more color. So kind of went nuts there with the sunset palate but in a different way. Commissioner isn't particular on backgrounds, but I'm not going to have her getting all street fighter in the void of space or whatever bland backgrounds. Minus that, it's a standard image for me otherwise and I'm glad I was asked to do this. Been craving to draw some fighting Mewtwo OCs, so this was a combination of good timing for me.
